Robert M. Sirkle Lodge No. 954 F&AM meeting room is located in the basement of the Scottish Rite Building. Dinner is served at 6:30pm and Stated meetings start at 7:30pm. All Master Masons are welcome to attend.
Robert M. Sirkle was born in Bryan County, Oklahoma on December 30, 1910. Robert received his MD from Cincinnati Medical School and satisfied his internship at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. Having been raised in Wheelwright Lodge No. 889 located in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Robert M. Sirkle was an active Mason. Robert received the Consistory Degrees in 1945 and the Royal Council in 1948. Robert was a Past Potentate of El Hasa Temple, Ashland, Kentucky 1954 and was at the time of his death in 1997 the Senior Past Grand Sovereign Grand Inspector General Honorary-Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite.
Robert M. Sirkle instituted “Robert M. Sirkle Lodge No. 954", Lexington, Kentucky in 1964 and the Lexington Scottish Rite Bodies in 1971. Robert served as the president of the Masonic Widows and Orphans Home Board and Infirmary and was Chairman of the Advisory Committee of the Order of Demolay Blue Grass Chapter.
